Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement if:

All tags, accessories, or free items received with the product must be included
Products that are opened, used, or physically damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved:

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days

Refunds for online payment orders will be returned to the same payment method used during purchase
Refund time may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will send a new product once the returned item is received and verified. Replacement depends on product availability in our stock.
